I brought my Yukon in for a few issues one being the windshield and they didn’t even clean it to address the issue wrote dirty on paperwork. Have a rattle in the back said they greased the stoppers. My car was there for two day and nothing was fixed. Easy to make appt. Courteous service .mgr. Only problem was that tech left greasy fingerprints on the dash that I had to buy cleaner to remove. Got the impression that Courteous service .mgr.
