I was advised to take vehicle to new car dealership. I arrived and Tom M. told me that they didn't do oil changes at that location and I needed to drive up the hill to the express shop. He didn't get my service advisor at my request. I drove over to the express lane and explained to Cortez, who was very apologetic. He even insisted on getting Tom Rickard over to assist, but I wasn't feeling well and declined. I wanted to just be done. More
