My 1st experience at Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of GA Sean Garrett the service center manager was very helpful. I really appreciated him taking the time to speak with me and come to a amicable compromise. Sean Garrett the service center manager was very helpful. I really appreciated him taking the time to speak with me and come to a amicable compromise. Scott was the tech. who worked on my 2015 Buick Enclave. Jerry was my service rep. Only complaints were that I had an eleven O'clock appointment scheduled but they weren't able to get someone to begin working on my vehicle until almost 3:00 pm and Jerry wasn't very upfront with me about the service being preformed. I came in sharing my vehicles (amplifier) problem with him and inquiring about whether or not it was an item covered by the manufacturer. Long story short I paid good money to have him tell me something I already new the answer to. Jerry did offer to have my car washed after the fact even though the letter from management regarding COVID-19 posted on the glass door stated that vacuum and a wash was complimentary. More
