2020 Sierra AT4 purchase I had been on market for a new AT4 for a few weeks, but could not quite find what I wanted. I saw a new 5.3L show up on your website, and did an onlin I had been on market for a new AT4 for a few weeks, but could not quite find what I wanted. I saw a new 5.3L show up on your website, and did an online inquiry. I had Richard Newton reach out the next morning, and from that moment on he was nothing but incredible to work with. I work around 45 minutes away from the dealership, but could not find a way to get away from work to check out the vehicle. I knew the truck is exactly what I wanted, and Richard was extremely helpful in helping me reach a deal over the phone without even having to worry about driving to the dealership. I had a couple previous conversations with different dealerships that drug on the conversations longer than they needed to be and were very unclear, but this was not the case with Richard. He was even better in person that via the phone. Very friendly and accommodating. He knew exactly what I was going for in regards to look I wanted when it came to new tires and leveling kit. It turned out even better than I expected. He definitely set the bar high for me when it comes to what I now expect when I look to purchase another vehicle down the road. Service If you want it you'll find with Tom @ J Ellis Buick Tom's service for my vehicle was first rate. My battery had died I called spoke to Tom was set-up with next day service as my call was at 4pm so nex Tom's service for my vehicle was first rate. My battery had died I called spoke to Tom was set-up with next day service as my call was at 4pm so next day 9am was very fast . Check in was just as easy and quick . Tom let me know what the mechanic would do and the time involved as I was a waiting customer. I felt more like a guest as I enjoyed great coffee and snacks if desired, 2 cups and here's Tom your vehicle ready . I took my vehicle in for a warranty repair and explained about another issue with my suspension. I told them that it wasn't currently making the noise since the recent rains. The mechanic discounted my diagnosis & said it was probably something rolling around in my toolbox, instead of replacing the shock that is making the popping noise. I guess I'll be looking for a new dealership for my next purchase!! More
