My frustration is not just with the dealer but GMC in general. Being a Ford and Lexus owner as well, why do I have to keep up with which services have been done? When I take my F250 with me to Texas, they have record of the work that has been done at other locations. Secondly did you all stop washing the cars after service? I have been coming to this location for several years, with the exception of other customers not caring about children being present and listening and watching tv that is not appropriate for all ages and with the exception of other customers not caring about children being present and listening and watching tv that is not appropriate for all ages and nothing being done to help rectify the issue we have loved this service center. We are also sadden by Tate no longer being here and wish more could have been done to have saved him, serious loss of an outstanding employee. Kovoki is whom we worked with this go round and he is another great advisor at Jim Ellis. More
