I was very unhappy with the service I received. I was scheduled for a oil change and they were supposed to replace my kicker tailgate speaker. The oil change was fine but instead of replacing my speaker. scheduled for a oil change and they were supposed to replace my kicker tailgate speaker. I was told that the tech had gotten it to work but when I came to pick up my truck the speaker was not working that’s why it was supposed to be replaced. I was told by the tech that he doesn’t know why it’s not working and I need to go YouTube to learn how to work it. I explained to him I know how to work the speaker it doesn’t work that’s why it was supposed to be replaced and the replacement speaker is here. I knew this because I received a call to schedule to have the speaker replaced. So now I’m still waiting to get the speaker that doesn’t work replaced again. So far it’s been a week and no one has reached out to get the problem resolved More

Tate was Awesome! However made an appointment for 10:30a on Monday 8/30, dropped it off for an oil change and a recall, was told it would take 3hrs, Recall was never completed until the next day, Tate was k on Monday 8/30, dropped it off for an oil change and a recall, was told it would take 3hrs, Recall was never completed until the next day, Tate was kind enough to provide a loaner vehicle but why make an appointment if you are not going to work on it??? As a GM retiree of 20 years I find it difficult to believe you are now charging $ 80 buck for an oil change. Your people are awesome however your ever increasing prices are certainly not. This tells me when I'm ready to purchase again it wont be with your dealership as I will not be able to afford it.I find it sad to see empty showroom spaces not filled with Buick's and/ or GMC vehicles but even more so the non GM cars out front and center of your dealership. Your parking out front is absolutely pathetic, very poorly thought out. More
