I'm a little hesitant to give a good rating for this reason. I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. That was fine, no problems. Then the service advisor came into the waiting area and suggeste reason. I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. That was fine, no problems. Then the service advisor came into the waiting area and suggested that I replace two air filters. One was the engine filter and the other was a cabin filter. He said that it needed to be done. I wasn't sure about it but agreed to do it. I came home and looked in my owners manual after talking to my husband to find that it was not time for either one. My car had a little less than 15,000 miles on it when I came in. So now I feel like I cannot trust the service advisors here anymore. Very disappointed, Brenda Squires More

Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Last time I brought it in, I received it back full of grease on the steering wheel, seat console, etc. This time was the steering wheel, rotation. Last time I brought it in, I received it back full of grease on the steering wheel, seat console, etc. This time was the steering wheel, door panel and all over the driver's side head liner (?..what does that have to do with an oil change). No one responded the last time, so there will not be another next time for me. I don't have to drive 35 minutes to get an oil change. I have been doing it for 1.5 years because I bought the car there .I will find someone closer who will respect and take care of my car. More

Worst experience I have had. Customer service and communication was non existent. Parts were not in when vehicle was said to be dropped off, so vehicle sat there for a week. Updates were not relayed communication was non existent. Parts were not in when vehicle was said to be dropped off, so vehicle sat there for a week. Updates were not relayed and a tone in attitude was displayed over the phone when discussing a discount through a manager at another dealership. (Discount was not necessary but appreciated). This experience has changed my mind in bringing ANY vehicle back for service. David Gonzalez was my previous service adviser and was absolutely phenomenal. I heard he was promoted to manager at Volvo and that was well deserved! More
