Enclave Service Other than some missing service writers, only two were available, it was a fully packed morning. I had made an appointment two days prior for 8:30 and was seen at 9:00. I realize some things are out of our control when we serve the public, but as someone who worked many years in public service all efforts should be made to make sure appointments are met! That being said we have used this dealership for many years before it was Jim Ellis and will probably continue to do so. Sean was extremely helpful and called with two issues found during the visit. Will take Enclave back in two days to finish repairs. More
Overcharged I feel like I was overcharged for taking my vehicle elsewhere for service while out of town. The air conditioning was repaired then failed once we ret I feel like I was overcharged for taking my vehicle elsewhere for service while out of town. The air conditioning was repaired then failed once we returned home. I researched the design problems with the AC hose and explained that the other parts were exchanged elsewhere. After charging me an excessive amount for “double checking the work that was already done”, they finally found the leak in the hose ( which I told them was likely the problem). Again, I believe that I was intentionally overcharged because I brought it elsewhere and feel completely taken advantage of. More

Semiannual Service This service visit began when my 2015 Arcadia would not start in the garage. I called the service department and spoke with Christy who told me to contact the Roadside Service area. I called the service and they sent a technician who determined the battery was the issue. He jump started the car and told me the battery showed damage on his meter. He suggested I have it checked and replaced if needed. I called the service department and once again spoke with Christy who made an appointment for me for the next day. I took the car in and was met by Tom who was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable . He listened to my request and arranged to get the work done. He arranged for a Lyft to take us to the nearby mall while the work was completed. He called and notified me when the work was completed and arranged for our return to the dealership. He explained the work that was done and provided helpful suggestions for items to consider at the next service visit. This Jim Ellis location is further from my house than the one on Peachtree but I continue to return for service because of the staff and service quality. More
