I brought the truck in and Ron and Chris immediately met me and made sure that the battery was tested and replaced expeditiously. Replacement of air conditioning system Corey checked my Acadia in for service and promptly informed me it would take at least an hour to diagnose the problem. He asked if I was waiting and Corey checked my Acadia in for service and promptly informed me it would take at least an hour to diagnose the problem. He asked if I was waiting and, when I inquired about a loaner, he offered a vehicle thru Enterprise.. I decided to wait, and he later told me the issue with the air conditioner and informed me that GM would do repairs at a cost to me of $152. I needed to leave my SUV and Corey made arrangements for a driver there to take me home. Later the same day Corey called to advise my A/C system was contaminated and he had placed a second call to GM to inquire on warranty payment. He said he may not have the answer that same day, if not, he would know the following day and he would call me. He did call about 8:45 the next day to advise GM would take care of all repairs and it would be next Wed. Before repairs would be completed. Corey provided excellent customer service to me and I was most pleastly surprised that GM took care of the costs. Corey was most professional, efficient, and delivered the promises to call to keep me informed thru the whole process. I was made to feel most welcome in the service center and I felt valued as a customer.....Jim Ellis has me as a loyal customer and Corey is a great asset to the dealership ! Thank you for excellent customer service. More
