Problem with tire rotation. Tires were NOT rotated as I requested and I requested rotation as the service manuel indicates. Excellent service working with Kaleb. The problem with my engine light was quickly diagnosed as a stuck purge valve and fixed. Since I was still under warranty, there were no charges. Oil Change /Tire Rotation I have been unsatisfied with Jim Ellis in the past and I have been going to the GMC dealership in Duluth for the past 6 months.
