It was my first experience there and the lady said it would take an hour for oil change, but it felt like maybe 20 minutes and it was very reasonable. I don't know who Ned is honestly. Reggie helped me out through the process and was a good help. I came in 3 times... twice to look at the car, 3rd time to buy.
