Simple oil change and multipoint inspection which was properly performed. My complaint is about the greasy hand prints all over my white leather interior. Your mechanics and technicians should be more aware of what they are touching if they have grease on their hands. My service experience with Jim Ellis has not been stellar. I had multiple issues with my first C8 and I see it is continuing with my E-ray. Yet another reason to find a different dealership for my future service needs. More
