The Lady helped us very well. She answered all of our questions and followed up with us. She even sent us a Lyft to pick my wife up when the car was ready. I called Brian about my car issue. He directed me on how to contact Chevrolet for a tow to the service center. He calmed my anxiety about my car issue and assured me it would be fixed. The initial person or young lady was not very friendly. I asked for Brian baker who I was told to ask for after making my three hour drive to the dealership.
