Overall the work done was sufficient, but I was left in the dark on timing and was without my car for much longer than anticipated (by nearly a full week). Also upon checkout in person, there was no explanation of the services rendered, no acknowledgement of how long the service took (12 days), and not even a thank you despite spending $2500. Slip ups happen but this wasn’t handled well from my perspective. More
