After speaking to the tech, I was informed that the oil pressure sensor was bad and needed replaced. I gave the approval and they came back and said that I needed a new rear main seal and an exhaust manifold. I approved this as well and paid 4200 for these services. I picked the truck up and drove it for 2 days and the same msg popped up. I dropped the car back off immediately to see why I was having the same issue. Now they are indicating that the issue is “engine failure” and it will cost over $10k to replace. Well I am not paying that and I am now out of $4200. This should have been known before I spent all of this money. I don’t want to hear that there was no way to tell what was wrong until they fixed it. If that’s the case, why didn’t they let me know it was engine failure after they fixed the other stuff. They let me drive off thinking everything was ok with a faulty engine. I will be filing a report on this. More

I received excellent customer service and my vehicle always runs great following my visits. I travel over 20 miles from my own dealership specifically because of how I am treated as a customer. always runs great following my visits.
