I am extremely disappointed. You did not do my alignment properly. You kept blowing me off when I told you on many occasions that my steering wheel wasn’t straight and calibrated You did not do my alignment properly. You kept telling me that my alignment was done properly and that the paperwork was showing that the wheels/tires were straight. You tried to make me pay for a diagnostic when you clearly took payment and did not deliver on the Job. I had to go to Rick Hendricks Chevrolet in Duluth for them to take a few minutes to drive the car and see that my steering wheel wasn’t indeed recalibrated. This is my third car with you and I’m extremely disappointed to the point of not even wanting to come back or recommend you. I’ve never been treated this way. I felt like all you cared about was how much money you can get out of me instead of fixing your mistake. More
