What was supposed to be a simple fix, turned into a week long waiting game. I understand it takes time to get specific parts ordered, but there was ZERO communication until I had to call 3 times on the 5th long waiting game. I understand it takes time to get specific parts ordered, but there was ZERO communication until I had to call 3 times on the 5th day to get an answer. My question is, I bought my vehicle 3 weeks prior to the service knowing that the hatch was messed up. So why wasn’t the part ordered in advance??? Very frustrating but that’s expected when dealing with cad dealerships. More
