Yes, I was told by the service advisor that my car had an engine oil burning issue. Therefore, I took it upon myself to research and found out that the car actually does have a recall for that issue of engin engine oil burning issue. Therefore, I took it upon myself to research and found out that the car actually does have a recall for that issue of engine oil burning. However, the paperwork that I received was not consistent with that statement. Also, I was told that I had to make a deposit and payment to have the engine cover removed, so that a camera can be stuck down in the engine. I would like to get photos to verify that did take place as well as photos of the slack in the engine chain. These photos will help with my claim. More
