This was my first time bringing my car in to a dealership for repair. I chose this dealership even though it’s further from my house because they were the only Chevy dealer I could get on the phone. I made my appointment two weeks ahead before I brought my car in. During my appointment my car sat in a parking lot for a week without being looked at. I was not happy with the communication, I felt I had to constantly call to see what was going on because nobody was telling me anything. My car was sitting not being worked on, and there was no loaner vehicle offered or available, so it’s very inconvenient not to have transportation. I understand there was staffing issues and a specialist needed for my car. However, I feel that that should’ve been handled before my appointment or communicated to me during the time my car was there so that we could schedule a time to bring it back. The lack of communication was upsetting. I had to pick my car up without any of the service performed after it sat for a week, and now I have to figure out how to get it fixed. More
I dropped off my Corvette for service I was told they would get to it in three days they didn’t get to it for two weeks they left my my Corvette in a parking space next to a car and when I came to pick u would get to it in three days they didn’t get to it for two weeks they left my my Corvette in a parking space next to a car and when I came to pick up my Corvette it had scratches all down the passenger side where the car that was parked beside me slammed his door into me several times it had to be done by someone at the dealership because it was parked inside a secured parking lot not open to customers they installed a cabin air filter filter to my vehicle without my permission and charge me for it so I would not do business with these people again More
