Good morning Mr. Sorrentino I purchased a vehicle from your dealership on December 20,2022 I have not received that vehicle. I was told initially that they were going to put a manifold sensor on it and it would be ready in about two days. I have not received the vehicle yet. I talked to the sales professional Mr. Clarence Williams about the situation and asked him what was the estimated time I should receive my vehicle. Mr. Williams stated I am going to tell the truth "I do not know when you will receive your vehicles. I think this is very unprofessional after I purchased the vehicle. I have. 2020 Colorado, they did not fix the transmission noise I understand that this is a common issue with the truck so I’m not surprised that they were un 2020 Colorado, they did not fix the transmission noise I understand that this is a common issue with the truck so I’m not surprised that they were unable to “duplicate the issue “ they also left 2 dents in my door from another cars door hitting mine, they did say that they would fix the damage but the fact that it happened is disappointing, I probably should have just bought a Toyota more money but less problems.
