I had another vehicle from another manufacturer before getting my Chevy. I must say that the other dealer is a tough act to follow. Although generally good work, they're pricey without the additional service to ease the sticker shock. I've looked for another dealer but Ellis owns this geography and actually has a better rep than the others. As far as dealerships go, Chevy isn't Ford and doesn't seem to care. More

The scheduling is poorly managed. The dealership should have a good idea on the workload ahead of you and schedule within a day or two of when they can start the work, the way it is c The dealership should have a good idea on the workload ahead of you and schedule within a day or two of when they can start the work, the way it is currently run is they tell you know matter when you schedule you have to drop it off and it will be 4-5 business days before they look at it, that’s absolutely absurd and terrible business practice. I also struggled getting anyone to call me back and give me updates on the process. Extremely dissatisfied! If this is the service Chevrolet and GM offer I will not be purchasing another chevy in the future! More
