Arranged to have a brand new car purchased with a weeks notice. Provide everything that was asked of me. Drive 6 hours to pick up the car and find out that the backup camera was broken and some of the acce notice. Provide everything that was asked of me. They told me to just have my local dealer fix the camera and giving me the run around about refunding the accessories I paid for but never got. Empty promises and souring experience. Bought the car for my wife's anniversary gift, but instead of it being a happy thing all I think about when I see it is the problem I'm still dealing with almost a month later. More

I took my car here on the three times, each time the check engine light came back on in less than 24 hours of me having the car. The first time, the light came on before I could even leave the dealership. They even refused to check out something I specifically wanted them to check because that issue wasn't coming up in the code reader. If I'm the customer and I'm paying, why wouldn't you check it out???? I wanted my timing belt checked, they kept saying it's the catalytic converter. After researching, I found the timing belt could give off fake catalytic converter codes, which is why I asked them to check it, but they refused. I could go on about all the things wrong with the dealership but I'm saving all the details for my complaint to BBB. More
