I originally was gonna give you a 4 star review because of how long it took for my vehicle to be serviced. I had the best customer service I've had with you guys for the 1st time ever and made me reconsid of how long it took for my vehicle to be serviced. What made me lower my rating was after the service when I had tried to get information on your vehicle trade policy for vehicle shortages. I was asked to send milage and vin number to get a estimate for a trade and have yet to get a response back.
