I made an appointment and took the afternoon off. When I arrived I was told they made an appointment they could not keep. At first they were not going to do anything about it. Katie was very nice in setting everything up so I could do that, and I really appreciate her help, but I had to push in order to get that done. Since the issue was their mistake they should have offered a solution without me having to push them. I have to recommend them since they are about the only center that can service my Volt in the area. There were also many employees walking through the service area and the waiting area NOT wearing masks even though there were signs all over the place saying they were mandatory. I was disappointed to see them in areas where I was asked to stay without masks. I decided to wait outside to avoid the employees without masks - incredibly disappointing to see that. More
I made the purchase from your group and like the truck that I bought but even at 50 years old the auto trading game is too difficult. Somehow the numbers never add up and there are lord told. Just like I was told that the Chevrolet app for remote start and that kind of stuff was free just to find out that it too has a subscription. Then when I make a deal I find out that what I thought I was getting financing wise was not really all that great just because I didn’t want gap insurance it was made out that I got a great interest rate when really I didn’t because $1500 was added for an extended warranty. I will in the future work harder on my end for sure! As the old saying goes “How do you know when a lawyer or car salesman is lying?” When he opens his mouth. God bless y’all but no way I could do the job y’all do to make a living. Thanks though. I do like the truck just some of the price and financing I am not as happy with as I thought I would be. More
Brought my car in for a recall.They told me I had to leave it for several days. They offered a free loaner,but I needed a credit card. I only carry a debit card. Poor communication regarding service. Appointment one week out only to have my truck sit in your lot for 6 days with no one working on it. Poor help regarding warranty.
