I bought a used car with 8000 miles. One of the brake lights was out and I noticed it a few days after I bought it. The dealer would not replace it. The website said the car came with a cargo cover. N lights was out and I noticed it a few days after I bought it. The dealer would not replace it. The website said the car came with a cargo cover. No cover was in the car. They would not do anything. They won't go out of their way for you to be happy. I don't recommend this dealer. Not responsive to calls. More

Terrible experience. I waited 25 my minutes before the service my advisor to greet me, he didn’t introduce himself. 4 other service people approached me while I was waiting and asked me what I was in for service my advisor to greet me, he didn’t introduce himself. 4 other service people approached me while I was waiting and asked me what I was in for. They all said someone would be with me in a minute and walked away. I asked to have my squeaky brakes checked and when they were still squeaking after being in the shop for over a day. The service advisor asked the mechanic told the advisor that they were squeaking due to brake dust. I asking if that was the problem why didn’t the mechanic clean them off. I was told just to hose them off. I will never return to this shop again. The worst service ever. More
