I was disappointed that my car was returned to me completely empty (to the point that the car would not tell you how many miles were left). While I do not expect my car to be refilled, when it is the completely empty (to the point that the car would not tell you how many miles were left). While I do not expect my car to be refilled, when it is there for something covered by warranty, I would hope it would be returned with at least enough for me to get home. As you all expected me to return the loaner with an equal amount of gas in it. Additionally, the wire had not been inserted into the bracket, that was repaired, on the back window. While this is an easy fix, I take my car to the dealership because I expect the little things to be done right. They were not this time. More
The service staff is hard to get ahold of and doesn't return calls. Voicemails are rarely checked and often when told they would get back to me, they didnt.
