It was a rough go from the start. The overall lack of courtesy and proactiveness was hard to swallow. I called one day early to make sure the park was in stock and I was told that it was. Then on the day courtesy and proactiveness was hard to swallow. I called one day early to make sure the park was in stock and I was told that it was. Then on the day of my 9:30 AM appointment nobody got back to me until I called repeatedly in the afternoon. Once I finally got a hold of someone I was told that the part was not in stock. After a number of stories as to what had happened the part magically showed up late in the day. Then I was told that it would not be ready until the next day. There is more detail to the story but I am not going to get into it on this post. Needless to say, I did receive a small discount for my troubles. but the overall visit was very unsatisfactory More

On this service I had more than just an oil change. I spent more than $3700.00 and was surprised when I picked it up to see that they didn't wash the vehicle. I have been buying cars from the Jim Ellis Enterprise on a regular basis since buying my 1994 Z28 convertible I have bought 5 VW"s since 2016 and when I pick them up after getting just the oil changed the vehicle has always been washed at NO charge.
