Dropped off my truck at 1030am Monday to have AC checked for loud sound. Got an update at 3pm that it might not get done today, but someone will call you. Called back at 630pm - was told “manager needs to for loud sound. Got an update at 3pm that it might not get done today, but someone will call you. Called back at 630pm - was told “manager needs to check”. Recurved call at 7pm - “it’s in the shop, we don’t know what’s wrong we will call you in the morning” - Called back at 1030 am for an update - was told it just went back (So I was lied to the day before). Got a call at 1115, tech found leaves in the motor and cleared them out. So 5 minutes of work took 25 hours. 0/10 will not be back. More

90k service Paul Jerrell was great to work with - thanks Paul. My only concern was my car was supposed to be picked up at 9am. By 10:30 it still had not been pick Paul Jerrell was great to work with - thanks Paul. My only concern was my car was supposed to be picked up at 9am. By 10:30 it still had not been picked up and no one called me. When I called they said they had trouble with Lyft. I understand but if that was the case, why didn't someone call me? A short time later someone came to get my car. Again, the actual car service provided was very good - just did not seem very organized. Thank you More

Family,dedication,sincerity,honesty,trustworthy, (Awesome!) When I first contacted Patrick at Jim Ellis he already had our business. Even thow we were 50 miles away he volunteered to pick us up in White GA to c When I first contacted Patrick at Jim Ellis he already had our business. Even thow we were 50 miles away he volunteered to pick us up in White GA to close the deal. Jim Ellis had the vehicle we wanted and in less than 24 hours we were proud owners of a new Tahoe. Samual Opara was not only a professional sales person but he made us feel as if he was my brother and treated us as biological family. Samuel in finance closed the deal in record time and we were back through Atlanta and home in no time flat. Outstanding team work by all of the personal that touch our vehicle including everyone that cleaned it and put gas in it and even the staff that was walking through and greeting us.
