When I picked up my truck Catherine was not there. Mr. Colon was the person I picked up my truck from. I look at the Bed liner that was done good job done. I looked at the dent on the right fender repaired looked good. Paid the bill got the keys and left the dealership. When I got out of my truck at home walked to the back and found a dent in the tailgate. Wasn’t very happy. I thought about calling back on Monday but sense I drove from the dealership I thought they say they didn’t do it. I don’t know for sure if they would have said that. So that’s my almost good experience. The Service depart. Was great. More

Good afternoon, had bring my truck back three times,which first time was around 1000.00 dollars, third time $587. Second time know charge, you did wash my truck for me thank you, still issues with diesel exh first time was around 1000.00 dollars, third time $587. Second time know charge, you did wash my truck for me thank you, still issues with diesel exhaust fluid light is still on, it appears it will need a new exhaust systems. The it cost around $2500-$4500 can’t afford that I will continue driving see what happens, Brandon was very help and this mater, I was looking at this General motors has head with these diesel exhaust fluid particularly the blue DEF fluid or contaminated there is no information coming out of General motors on contaminated exhaust fluid maybe someone can look into that and get some compensationFrom General Motors that problem is all over the Internet I saw a lot of frustrated customers reference the EPA exhaust issues with these diesel trucks. Brandon did issue me a take home SUV, thank you. More
