Couple of drawback: my lyft was ordered to take me to my job down the street from the shop (a normal 5-8 minute ride) at 7:24am and I didn't get to work until 8:10am. Another one was that it was raining yesterday when they did my oil change so I didn't get the customary wash which my car desperately needed, lol! Not their fault totally mind but I was counting on that wash with my oil change so maybe start offering a rain check on that part cause clearly that's built into the price and today it's sunny and bright so let me come back and get all my money's worth. And finally, they told me I needed two filters for my vehicle which I was more than willing and was going to ok for them to do until the rep Mark quoted me &70.00 for a cabin air filter (that filter cost $20.00 on the high end) & $120.00 for an engine air filter (this one does range but about $51.00-$60.00). Now don't get me wrong I come to the dealership and I expect that I will pay more than say an Express Oil and I am sure that these are straight dealer parts so they are probably the high ends prices but really part of my job requires me to work with our fleet vehicles and I have mechanics in my family so I know where both of these filters are: they are not so hard to get to that the labor should be the same and in these cases more than the dang part!!! That part made me look at you sideways and question whether you were trying to rip me off because I was a woman. After all they are salesman, so then you question whether you trying to make your commission off of me.....almost 200 for some filters plus my oil change. But I understand it is a business and you must pay all of the the excellent individual that require this job to feed their families. So no hard feelings. I will be back. More

Great Experience! I came in for a brake recall and was prepared to wait 2 hours. I was in & out in 45 minutes. Reggie did an amazing job. Reggie was patient and not pushy. We'd shopped around at Carmax and Carvana in order to avoid a dealership experience but now, we'd go back and chat with Reggie.
