Reggie did an amazing job. Reggie was patient and not pushy. We'd shopped around at Carmax and Carvana in order to avoid a dealership experience but now, we'd go back and chat with Reggie. Horrible. Over priced and I was not even given options for different pricing. Mark in service pretty much said your car your choice when I told him I thought the estimate was way too high. The original problem seems to be fixed, but when I drive it now, it seems like someone has tried to mask the original odor with a very strong men's cologne or perfume scent. I appreciate the attempt to make it now, it seems like someone has tried to mask the original odor with a very strong men's cologne or perfume scent. I appreciate the attempt to make my car smell a little better after it smelled like burning, but it is very strong and overwhelming. I have been trying to air the car out, which has helped. This is my only dissatisfaction with the service performed. More
