Due to the lies of Dominique Lighten, Ralph Sorrentino, which they destroyed my daughter's credit which ruined her business, to cause her to go into a deep depression, also the non reply from whomever resp which they destroyed my daughter's credit which ruined her business, to cause her to go into a deep depression, also the non reply from whomever responds on DealerRater for Jim Ellis Chevrolet about her issues with Jim Ellis. On February 13, 2020, I went to my daughter's home to find her nonresponsive on her bedroom floor, due to an overdose and suicide letters on her bed addressed to her children and me, because of Jim Ellis Chevrolet lies and manipulation. I later had seen my daughter also sent the people of Jim Ellis an email with pictures and stating she would be dead if they're reading that email. Imagine dragging your only daughter to her shower, praying she wakes up and as the cold water hits her face, she's waking up, throwing up pills & screaming, "Mama, let me die!" When the medics came, he told me if I wouldn't have made it when I did, my daughter wouldn't have made it. Within 4 months, on a 2019 truck, she has had 4 recalls, still issues with the truck and nothing from the company about what she's been through. But the most insulting part is, Jim Ellis called the police to come to my home for a "wellness check" and they had the nerves to lie to the police and say my daughter was an employee of Jim Ellis. One thing that is a guarantee about Jim Ellis Chevrolet they are liars! I've seen the emails from this DealerRater site and the issues that my daughter has had with you too. I haven't seen no other response of what the representative of Jim Ellis told my daughter, about privacy laws, to any other customer complaint. Why? Why haven't they answer telling her the privacy laws? More
Still Trying to Resolve the Issue Apparently, I now have a "problem customer" reputation. Basically ignored when I walked in. When someone finally acknowledged me, the advisor I was assigned to was paged. There seems to be a breakdown in communication between the person you make the appointment with and the advisors. Originally brought the car in for a clicking sound, in January. Brought it back after driving 2,000 (was told I should have been informed to return at 1,000 miles, but I digress). In their attempt to determine the source of the clicking, In January, I was told my car used an excessive amount of oil, and they would need to do an oil consumption study (OCS). When I returned in February, I told the person I made the appointment the car was still making the clicking noise and needed an OCS, but I the paperwork was drawn up for an oil change. I told all of this to the service advisor and the work order was updated. I was told an OCS would take a considerable amount of time. After 4 hours the car was brought out. After questioning what was the problem with the car, the head mechanic came out. At that time, I found out the service tech only checked the dipstick, found the level was OK and that was it. THAT TOOK 4 HOURS. He and I drove my car around and ODDLY ENOUGH, the clicking sound I have been hearing non-stop for almost 2 months wasn't noticeable. Seems odd to me, because after leaving the dealership and driving for about 5 miles, the clicking sound returned. I immediately called the service advisor, left a voicemail asking if the mechanic was still there, so I could come back. My call was never returned. Also, it wasn't until I got my paperwork and looked at it after I got home, did I find out it said NOTHING about the clicking sound, only the OCS. So the fact the tech didn't notice the click makes perfect sense...they were never told to check for it. More
