I recently purchased my 4th vehicle from the Jim Ellis organization. I keep on going back to this dealership because they are very professional and Not pushy. My sales person, Leland Sims was very kno organization. I keep on going back to this dealership because they are very professional and Not pushy. My sales person, Leland Sims was very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful with understanding the differences between the different models of Silverado, that I was not understanding before. I was impressed by his knowledge of the vehicles i was trying to decide which to purchase. Leland knew his models and his available inventory. I never felt pressured into buying the vehicle. Again, i felt like I was being treated like a member of the family. I also wanted to also mention Samuel Afworki and say how well I was treated with him in the finance department. He was extremely professional and was instrumental in getting the best interest rate based on my situation. He was very personal and made me feel at ease during a stressful time of financing. I definitely recommend this dealership! More

Communication and Parts Still waiting on parts and labor for my Brand New Car. I was the promise a call, text and email when things would be ready. Nothing. I go back up there to understand why no communication and someone dropped the ball. They will now order my part and contact when THEY are ready. All the other departments Over delivered but the Service Department is just terrible. I guess i will go back up there and see what happen again. You would think all the technology Jim Ellis invested in I will at least get a phone call. Thank you Jim Ellis! More

Got false information about time for first service, what was included in the repair package, whether I needed to pay for a par Terrible communication. Got false information about time for first service, what was included in the repair package, whether I needed to pay for a part in advance, and time required for second service. I did have to pay in advance for a part, which was fine, but then no one ever contacted me to tell me it was in. After a month, I had to call THREE times to find out if the part had arrived because I kept getting told someone would call me back but no one ever did. I felt bad for the poor service advisor who kept getting sent to apologize to me for other people's mistakes and blase attitude. I hope the repair was at least competent. Needs MUCH better management. More
