Sad for the service people I am very sad about whatever is going on at the service center. The staff seem completely overwhelmed. I will need to return for a THIRD time (taking additional time off work) to get a head lamp fixed. None of the time expectations are met, which makes it extremely hard to plan. We are looking to buy an additional tahoe, but will not unless the service experience approves. More

Everything was just fine except for the price of the tires. 4.5 to 5 hundred each is pretty good clip. I'll let you know if they were worth it free I put a few thousand miles on them. Return Service Returned the vehicle for service after an item was missed during a 120,000mile service visit. During the return visit the service was 5-star. Brandon, the Service Manager, was very helpful in getting the issue resolved quickly and correctly. Couple that with a 1-star rating from the first visit and we end up with 3-stars. More
