Good service - could have been great Service was friendly and the work was done in a reasonable period of time. I have two suggestions for improvement - 1. I and other stood for at least 5 minutes while the staff were busy stapling papers. Doesn't seem like that should happen as we approach 2020. The staff seemed overwhelmed at times. 2. this is a small point, but as a Volt owner, if I leave my car overnight - can you plug it in someplace? It would be nice to leave with a full battery and one night's electricity is nothing compared to the profit you made on my $300 job. Fix those things and you'll consistently get great reviews instead of good. More

Little disappointed Everything was perfect but the paint on the truck wasn't.
