I want to know WHAT "federal privacy law" enables Jim Ellis Chevrolet to NOT handle a customer's issue as serious as mines? Also, why G.M. RALPH SORRENTINO refuses to answer Fox 5 news? Why Jim Ellis Chevrolet Management will NOT contact Stacy Ellis about my concern? Why Dominique Lighten pulled my credit under 2 names, did NOT honor my request about only 1 finance company, will NOT respond why she did what she did? I've been so depressed to the point I've lost weight, depressed, hair falling out, can't work AND my truck is still acting up. HOWEVER, give me a couple of weeks....
