Service Tech was Personable First time coming in for an oil change on my 2019 Traverse. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. However the oil change took ALOT longer th First time coming in for an oil change on my 2019 Traverse. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. However the oil change took ALOT longer than expected. We were told approximately an hour. After an hour and fifteeen minutes I checked in with the service tech and my car hadn't even been brought into the shop! Totally unacceptable. So then we had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes while they quickly brought my vehicle in and changed the oil. So definitely needed better communication. But since the staff was friendly and service tech did apologize for the delay I will be back and give the service department another chance. More
