Great buying experience I rally did not need to negotiate as i had already done my homework. I knew what i was willing to pay and that’s what i paid. I informed them the deal that i had been offered from a different dealer and you all beat the price. Vehicle was ready for me when expected. This was actually a pleasant buying experience. I’d like to add that i can’t remember the initial person that i dealt with. I believe he is a manager as he was sitting at the main desk and not a cubicle. He also deserves recognition as he was very polite and professional as well. More
2 appointments, 2 trips to NAPA to replace tail light. On Tuesday my wife scheduled maintenance to replace a rear tail light in my 2017 Chevy Malibu ended after an hour when she was informed that they were On Tuesday my wife scheduled maintenance to replace a rear tail light in my 2017 Chevy Malibu ended after an hour when she was informed that they were out of my models tail light. Why this took an hour before she was informed of this I do not know. She was rescheduled for this past Saturday for which is the date I am reviewing today. After an hour she was again told they did not have the appropriate rear tail light. They then informed her that they would have to go to the local NAPA Auto Parts to get the correct bulb. An hour later she was informed that they went to the NAPA store but the bulb they brought back was not the correct one and they would have to go back to get another. The process to change my tail light took 3 hours and in the end she was still charged. How possibly could the exact same thing happen to her on two separate days and then end only after multiple trips to the local parts store? More
Too long of a wait I had scheduled an appointment to get a free inspection of my tires and break and some how it took three hours for something that should not have. He will work diligently to get answers and solutions to every question or problem, no matter how big or small. Vladimir returns calls promptly and always greets guests with a smile and positive attitude. The mechanics work hard in the shop and seem to genuinely care about safety and the ongoing functionality of my vehicle. Work is done thoroughly and in a timely manner. Overall, the service department is top notch! More

Could be better Called to make an appt for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection on my Jeep Wrangler I purchased from this dealer. Every time I hav Called to make an appt for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection on my Jeep Wrangler I purchased from this dealer. Every time I have called previously, they have put me on hold to confirm that they have my filter in stock. When the lady who answered the phone this time failed to do that, I politely asked if they had the filter in stock to avoid any headaches when I arrive. She condescendingly told me “if we don’t have it now, we will have it by the time you get here” in a very aggressive tone. (Service Advisor I checked in with, Katie, I think, was great.) I dropped my vehicle off at 2:45 being told it would be ready in 1.5 hours. I expect 4:30 at the latest. I got a call to pick it up at 5:45pm. When trying to book my appt, I also tried to schedule brake pad replacement, and the same rude secretary told me they could not do my brake service bc it was not a GM vehicle. Knowing a good bit about mechanics, I knew I needed brakes, and furthermore, I had another dealership confirm that It was time for new pads. When I received my multi point inspection paperwork, the technician falsely marked the brakes as “good”. For someone who doesn’t know as much about cars, this would put them in a dangerous situation thinking their brakes are fine when they are not. If they are that lazy on the multipoint inspection, did they do my oil change properly? If I had not purchased a maintenance package with my vehicle that locks me into service at this dealership I would not be back. More
