The review of the trunk went ok, but then issues arose. The review of the trunk went fairly well. However not all the details of the vehicle were explained. Nor what other options were available. I submitted a hold check for the purchase of the vehicle until the Check from the Credit Union could arrive. ( Saturday Deal) After repeated attempts to get confirmation that the check was received by Jim Ellis (the check was FedEx and arrive at 2pm on Tuesday), I was finally informed the day after that, the funds did in fact had arrived, but that they had also deposited my Hold check. Which then cost me more.. Jim Ellis was informed the whole time that the funds were on its way. Pretty bad.. I take it that they preferred me financing thru them. There is more.. as a couple of other items were missed.. but that's enough for today More

customer service experience the center is great but our service advisor was not to professional she took all the info but there were no updates, left a few messages no response the center is great but our service advisor was not to professional she took all the info but there were no updates, left a few messages no response return, for example my husband call at around 9:15 am and there was no response until 6:00pm. we went to pick up the 2017 cruze and she was not there the paper work was misfiled and they had to search for it. Although none of my complaints were confirmed. I felt sufficient time was given to listening to my complaint. In particular The PDR was reporting it could not find the disc I had been using since the car was new. I assumed the disc had become corrupted somehow and was now longer readable. They also thought the disc needed to be replaced. When I asked to them replace the disc it was then I found out that those were not available because it was not a stocked item. The transmission issue I had noticed on a quiet country road could not be demonstrated even after the Service Manager accompanied me on a ride to see if it could be duplicated, It could not be duplicated. I believe this was due to the road noise of the interstates we traveled. But I appreciated Ronnie the Service Manager time in going on a test ride trying to confirm my complaint which did not make it self know at that time. More
