Customer Service should be number one We were not greeted once entering the service center. Four associates were sitting behind the computers and never looked up or bothered to acknowledg We were not greeted once entering the service center. Four associates were sitting behind the computers and never looked up or bothered to acknowledge our presence. We had to speak with Brandon Colon’ and he walked out and told Kati to help us. When we returned to pick up the vehicle once again no one spoke but the supervisor finally looked up and said I’ll help y’all. He was falling asleep behind the desk. I’ve been here several times and this is the first time I have ever experienced something like this. I was appalled and disappointed. More

no sense of commitment .. this very basic service took far too long & having a pre reserved time slot was meaningless...they did try to 'up sell' me things like wiper blade bu this very basic service took far too long & having a pre reserved time slot was meaningless...they did try to 'up sell' me things like wiper blade but were essentially unable to justify the need....I did not come away feeling that they were truly commitment to the core values they've listed...they did address my by name in almost every sentence...this seemed not natural & borderline creepy....I hope they would be more upfront that having an appointment does not imply service with in normal/expected completion time limits & were not so driven to up sell unless a true need existed...causes me to pause & reflect on what is really going on??? More
