Thank You All!!! Was bringing my car to get. Oil change. Due to Chevrolet being very busy I had to come back the next day. Alice & Monica in Certified Services are the Was bringing my car to get. Horrible staff and manager. i have bought 6 cars from Jim Ellis over the years. The last one will be just that. My experience left one manager without a job, free upgrades and meetings with upper management. I walked away feeling as they were trying to take care of the issues until I found out later there was more to the story. LONG story short because I am gay, the sales manager and finance guy felt it was okay to call me a xxx. this took place behind closed doors and was not told to me until after meeting with a manager and closing the complaint. When I tried to get more information about it, they no longer would return my calls, answer emails or meet with me. More
Very Disappointing! I came in Friday for an oil Change on my Corvette. On the following Saturday I was at a Car Show and I was doing my typical inspection before the judg I came in Friday for an oil Change on my Corvette. On the following Saturday I was at a Car Show and I was doing my typical inspection before the judges arrive and discovered the following. My Right Front Fender had oil splashed or dripped on it. I managed to clean that off, but during the clean process I was shocked to see scratches in my paint on the same fender. Clearly a fender cover was not used by the technician. This is very shoddy work considering he was working on a Corvette that sold for $95,000 and had had a custom paint job done it that is worth $30,000 plus paint correction and Ceramic coating for another $1,800. To say I am disappointed in the service is putting it mildly. In fact I will never use your company for service in the futures plus you have lost my recommendation to my Amazing Corvette Club and other Corvette owners. In short you have lost my business with the exception being the extended warranty work I bought from you but now regret. More

Awesome! One of the easiest buying experiences I have ever had. I was dealing with 3 dealerships about very similar cars.
