Customer service after the sale sucked Arrived to Pay/pick up the vehicle that had a previously agreed to buy. Vehicle was not inspected prior to purchase as I had requested. Had to leave vehicle for repairs. Upon delivery to my residence four days later there was still a spot at the body shop had missed. The second key fob was also missing. Took over a month to get the key fob and never did get any touch up paint which I should not have had to request. I bought the vehicle because the price was great. Great experience and respectful staff I started looking for a Corvette about 2 months ago and in my experience calling dealers normally resulted in "come to the dealer" or they didn't give I started looking for a Corvette about 2 months ago and in my experience calling dealers normally resulted in "come to the dealer" or they didn't give your requests much stock. I personally was not interested in spending hours at the dealership to talk about and agree to a deal. Jim Ellis, Mike specifically, was the first to take me seriously as a buyer over the phone. I was able to work out a deal before stepping foot in the dealer and I really appreciate the time savings. I am now driving my dream car and I felt like I got a fair deal. More
