He took a great deal of time to explain every detail of the new Chevy Bolt as this new fully electric vehicle is not easy to understand for the average car consumer as we are. He took us out on a ride and explained things about the car that we would have not otherwise known. We were bent on buyin the Tesla and, but for Don's expertise, we ended up buying the Chevy Bolt instead. Basically, same price as the lower model Tesla. Addionally, Don was magical making the deal happen and taking in my leased Tahoe. I didn't have to worry about the end of lease nightmare anymore, and Don went out of his way to help us beyond even our own imagination! He was also very pleasant, warm, and overall he made the whole experience a very doable one, in spite of the complexities involved and the concerns for buying an all-electric vehicle. Salesman Jeovani was brought in to seal the deal and give the finishing touches. He too did a great job! We left very pleased with our purchase. More

Gloria and Don allowed me to take the truck home for a day which really made me comfortable by confirming this was the truck for me. When I returned they spent substantial time with me to confirm I understood all the features of the truck and provided accessory options to evaluate. I upgraded the truck with a retractable Tonneau bed cover and running boards that I am looking forward to having installed. And Dominique searched multiple lenders for me and secured a very attractive rate. The last new truck I purchased was in 2006 from Jim Ellis and when it came down to needing a replacement I searched metro Atlanta dealerships for almost 3 weeks until I ended up back at Jim Ellis. Terrible Time Management It typically takes at least 30 minutes to check in and they are terrible and managing the amount of time it will take to service a vehicle.
