Bad experience We are a Chevrolet family, my father in law retired from GM recently, and we only buy Chevrolet. If fact our last Chevy was purchased from Elvis at yo We are a Chevrolet family, my father in law retired from GM recently, and we only buy Chevrolet. If fact our last Chevy was purchased from Elvis at your dealership. This is the only place we have taken our cars for service since moving to Georgia in May of 2017. Unfortunately on 9/11 when I took my husband’s car in to get an oil change and the tires rotated it was damaged by the service department. The service guy pointed at a spot and I was told it would get fixed so I had no problem with it and left. I should have assessed the car better before leaving but I trusted that I would be taken care of. When my husband assessed the damage it was much more than I had realized. I sent pictures to the service guy and he tells me the damage was already there. I’m scheduled to take it in Monday but have no idea if the damage will even get fixed. This has been a very stressful situation and have contacted my insurance company to see if a police report is needed. After this experience we will be taking our business to another dealership if this issue is not resolved to our satisfaction. More
