Service Maintenance My first time to Jim Ellis service. I had an appointment for oil and filter change and had to wait almost 1.5 hours for me to get done. Even through My first time to Jim Ellis service. I had an appointment for oil and filter change and had to wait almost 1.5 hours for me to get done. Even through my service manager was very nice and attentive it seemed to take a long time with an appointment. They seemed to be fully staffed, but took a while to get my truck back to get the maintenance done. I now have to bring my truck back in for painting evaluation since I ran out of time to wait. More
