Colorado Service I purchased my vehicle at this location and have it serviced here as well. I will continue to do business at this dealership. I have build a relationship with my service advisor, Vlad. He is helpful and promptly returns calls and always answers my questions. He is genuinely helpful and nice and makes a non-ideal situation of dropping of my truck as painless as possible. More

Way too long processing time This is the fourth time I am bringing my C7 Corvette (bought at your dealership by the way) and every time it is taking multiple days for my car to ge This is the fourth time I am bringing my C7 Corvette (bought at your dealership by the way) and every time it is taking multiple days for my car to get fixed. Please note that the service of Vladimir is impeccable and I have nothing but to praise his professionalism. What I am unhappy about here is the time it takes for your dealership to process these repairs. It has been that way every time. Once, it took more than 2 weeks for you to fix the car. And every time, I am hearing the same thing: "We only have one corvette technician"!!! Well, you are selling hundreds of corvettes every year but you cannot maintain them. This is very annoying and disappointing. Just sell less cars if you cannot handle the maintenance of those cars in due time! I always made a point of driving all the way from Suwanee to your dealership to have my car looked at but I must say that this was the last time. There are other dealerships closer to me that do not have this type of lead time to service corvettes. The funniest thing is that you do give appointments. In my last experience, I called and your service department gave me an appointment for over a week later. So if I do have to wait for days and come on a specific day, wouldn't it be logical that a single sensor repair would not take more than the day to be fixed? Why having to keep the car for another 5 days. Either you need to increase your manpower to service those cars, or you will have less and less corvette customers coming to you to service their car, and eventually, they'll buy the new one from somebody else. More

Unwilling to work with customers Went in on Thursday to purchase a Colorado I found on web sight..after getting a offer on my trade I ask for more so went back to manager and came bac Went in on Thursday to purchase a Colorado I found on web sight..after getting a offer on my trade I ask for more so went back to manager and came back with a little but $650 less than I ask I ask if he would come up any more and was told “ once they get to where they think you can’t buy it any cheaper somewhere else they they won’t go any lower “ I called Friday morning at 10:00 and ask if the manager had changed his mind and was told the same thing so I ask if he would split the difference and was told he most likely would and he would check right now and call right back. At noon had not got call so went to another dealer to see same truck and price and made deal and was signing papers at 1:45 when Jim Ellis called and said they would split the $650. Told salesman already purchased truck so he said ok and hung up. Saturday the sales manager from Jim Ellis called me and asked if I was still interested in the truck and I told him I already bought one. The next day they put it bac on the Webb discounted another $1000 after letting me walk away over$650. In 2012 & 2013 we bought 2 vehicles at Jim Ellis. Complete difference experience this time More

Very disappointed Have had my 2016 Malibu in your shop with check engine light after turbocharger failed and was replaced. Was told 3 different people drove it for 16 m Have had my 2016 Malibu in your shop with check engine light after turbocharger failed and was replaced. Was told 3 different people drove it for 16 miles and had no light and couldn’t find a problem. I picked up the car, drove it north on 141, got over Tilly Mill and the engine light came on. This is the 3rd time in 10 days that I picked it up and the light came back on after being told it was fine. Not happy. I think you are too busy to focus on difficult problems. It’s always a zoo when I come in, way too busy and I’ll be going elsewhere. Will probably get rid of the Malibu also. Don’t trust a car that is this young with only 56k miles on it and it’s had a transmission leak and turbocharger fail and check engine light won’t stay off. More

Never been thrilled but won't be coming back I have never been blown away with the service I have received but I kept coming back because it was convenient for my husband to drop off on the way t I have never been blown away with the service I have received but I kept coming back because it was convenient for my husband to drop off on the way to work. However, after yesterday, I will be using another dealership for service. I was having a very simple issue with my chevrolet my link radio but was told that because I have an after market dvd player in the vehicle that it must be related to this (I bought the car with the dvd player installed and in 3 years had never before had the issue I was having). The service advisor I spoke too was not willing to listen to what I was saying and was completely unhelpful/borderline rude. I called another GM/Chevrolet dealership and spoke with a service advisor who looked up my car manual and walked me through a simple solution OVER THE PHONE. It was something that could have easily been fixed by your department had they been willing to just listen to what the customer was asking. For the price you ask customers to pay for service, they should be receiving the best in customer service and this has just not been the case. More
