Unwilling to work with customers Went in on Thursday to purchase a Colorado I found on web sight..after getting a offer on my trade I ask for more so went back to manager and came bac Went in on Thursday to purchase a Colorado I found on web sight..after getting a offer on my trade I ask for more so went back to manager and came back with a little but $650 less than I ask I ask if he would come up any more and was told “ once they get to where they think you can’t buy it any cheaper somewhere else they they won’t go any lower “ I called Friday morning at 10:00 and ask if the manager had changed his mind and was told the same thing so I ask if he would split the difference and was told he most likely would and he would check right now and call right back. At noon had not got call so went to another dealer to see same truck and price and made deal and was signing papers at 1:45 when Jim Ellis called and said they would split the $650. Told salesman already purchased truck so he said ok and hung up. Saturday the sales manager from Jim Ellis called me and asked if I was still interested in the truck and I told him I already bought one. The next day they put it bac on the Webb discounted another $1000 after letting me walk away over$650. In 2012 & 2013 we bought 2 vehicles at Jim Ellis. Complete difference experience this time More

Very good but a bit expensive. The service was very good. My car failed emissions and I had to replace the catalytic converter. It was replaced without charge because of warranty. B The service was very good. My car failed emissions and I had to replace the catalytic converter. It was replaced without charge because of warranty. But there was other work to be done in order to fix this issue that was not covered under warranty. It cost way more than I expected - close to $1,000. I just thought if I had been able to shop around I probably would have been able to find someone to do the same job for a lot cheaper but that would have been extremely inconvenient to go to two places. More

Tire Damage Quickly Resolved Monday afternoon I noticed a sizable metal spike in my left rear tire. Thankfully, it wasn't yet flat, and I quickly wheeled into Jim Ellis Chevrolet Monday afternoon I noticed a sizable metal spike in my left rear tire. Thankfully, it wasn't yet flat, and I quickly wheeled into Jim Ellis Chevrolet for Service. Robert Sigman quickly confirmed my extended warranty tire coverage and the team got to work. I was out with a new tire in no time. The last think you want in Atlanta in August (or any time!) is a flat tire on the side of the road! Many thanks to Robert and the team-crisis averted! More

However, after yesterday, I will be using another dealership for service. I was having a very simple issue with my chevrolet my link radio but was told that because I have an after market dvd player in the vehicle that it must be related to this (I bought the car with the dvd player installed and in 3 years had never before had the issue I was having). The service advisor I spoke too was not willing to listen to what I was saying and was completely unhelpful/borderline rude. I called another GM/Chevrolet dealership and spoke with a service advisor who looked up my car manual and walked me through a simple solution OVER THE PHONE. It was something that could have easily been fixed by your department had they been willing to just listen to what the customer was asking. For the price you ask customers to pay for service, they should be receiving the best in customer service and this has just not been the case. More
Simply the Best I had scheduled service for August 19th and had to cancel and make a new time. No problem. It's always no problem at Jim Ellis. We always have such a great conversation and she is such a wonderful human being. I expected to be there for a while since my appointment was at 2:00pm. But I was pleasantly surprised that it took about an hour and I was on my way before rush hour started. And rush hour in Atlanta is a hot mess. So as always, thank you Jim Ellis for having such a professional and helpful staff. See you at 45000 miles. More
