Bought a new Yukon XL Salespersons found the vehicle, price & features desired. Finance manager was VERY helpful BUT process TOO Long, too many papers, too many signatures. Simplify the finance process or give customers a week to pre-read the paperwork. Still waiting on the missing Operator's Manual that goes with the vehicle. Manual is needed to complete set up of the vehicle's many features. Please send Priority Mail, or if near our work or home, let us know and we will meet someone to pick it up. Really appreciated the vehicle being delivered to our place of business, detailed and ready to drive. Overall, good experience and would buy from Jim Ellis dealership again. More

Service Advisor (Garvey) was confused with the notes he was reading and mixed up the prices several times. I was told the recommended spark plugs for an 2004 Chevrolet Silverado would be $740 plus tax?? When questioned about this price he had to put me on hold to ask someone? This makes someone want to question everything at that point. The cashier was not friendly, just handed the papers over when she was done. I had to ask if we were done. After that I had to ask where I could pick up the vehicle. Really? Her response was "To the right" and pointed without looking up. Real nice! The most unprofessional experience to date. Hands down. Congratulations! More
Happy for the service in a time crunch Paul Jarrell was very helpful when helping me with my car. Unexpectedly, my driver side window came off the track and fell in my door. Paul assisted me the best way he could until my part came in. Once my part came in they performed relatively fast to fix it after I called about it. Was disappointment about how much the extend warranty covered and that I had residual blue sticky coloring on the chrome and door of my car from them having to cover the window. Lesson learned is do not by the extended warranty from the sale department because it does not cover a lot. Better over saving the money from the extended warranty for when things actually happen because you will still pay out of pocket and more than the simple copay. I bought my car from this same dealer and come here for the life of the car and counting. Nevertheless Paul Jarrell was still gave excellent customer service and I give him 5 stars. More

Oil change, tire rotation and recall I spent over two hours at the service center for an oil change and tire rotation (which I had to have them go back and do because they didn’t). I was also advised against having the recall out for my Chevy trax because at this time it’s road safe instead of still fixing it when the parts came in. More
