Only helps when it’s beneficial to them Jim Ellis was great when it came to purchasing the vehicles. How, getting paperwork from them, was like pulling teeth. My vehicle was in involved in an accident 5 days after purchase, & the dealership was not helpful at all. I called everyday for 5 days straight to receive the bill of sale for proof for my insurance company. Then, my title still had not been sent to the state for processing almost 3 weeks after purchase. I basically begged for them to get it done, left multiple messages & sent multiple emails, but my questions were constantly ignored. Basically, they only care & assist you until they receive their money, & then you’re basically on your own. At first I was very grateful of the staff, but quickly became disappointed when they did not finish their end of the deal. I am still waiting for a response on my title and still cannot receive payout from my insurance. More
