Battery Replacement I took my car into Jim Ellis for a battery replacement. I expected to pay the advertiesed $174.99 but was charged over $100 more for additional labor. Great experiance at Jim Ellis Chevrolet I knew what I wanted and was internet shopping and had contacted 3 other dealerships (besides Jim Ellis) that had suitable vehicles. While waiting for I knew what I wanted and was internet shopping and had contacted 3 other dealerships (besides Jim Ellis) that had suitable vehicles. While waiting for responses from any salesperson (and not just a customer service email/person thanking me for my inquiry) from these dealerships), I was continuing my search and found Jim Ellis had what I was looking for. I emailed an inquiry from the website, and within an hour was on the phone with Gavin Harrison. It took several phone calls as the vehicle was initially offsite, but Gavin made sure to answer every question I had. He also was excellent to negotiate a deal with, and before I knew it I was making the trip to the dealership and driving away in my new car just a few hours after that initial phone call. Thanks Jim Ellis for a great car buying experience. More
