Administrative commenta I worked initially with a new advisor and unfortunately the information about work I needed performed wasn't clear as my understanding about what it w I worked initially with a new advisor and unfortunately the information about work I needed performed wasn't clear as my understanding about what it would cost was off by $500. In addition, I was initially informed the car would be ready by Friday ( a few days), but it wasn't ready until the following Wednesday. Understand these are estimates, but I called in twice and asked for a call from my advisor - my initial advisor did not offer a card. I never received a call. So the invoice was a surprise, I did finally understand the confusion. Lastly, I spent $3,000 for the repair and I was asked if I wanted it washed. Seriously? That should be a given. I responded to the email with yes, but it wasn't washed from what I can tell. That should simply be part of the service. These are a bit picky, but they taint the customer experience. You want to feel like they care, not just pushing you through. Especially when making a significant investment in their service. Independent shops don't have that problem. More

leather dash coming undone on corvette convertible we purchased a 2015 corvette convertible brand new, within the 1st 2 years the leather dash had become buckled & wrinkled, took it to dealership t we purchased a 2015 corvette convertible brand new, within the 1st 2 years the leather dash had become buckled & wrinkled, took it to dealership to be told that it is not covered under the bumper to bumper warranty (don't ask me why it was considered not) so $3,500 later out of pocket it was fixed & looked brand new again, well now 17 months later it has happened again & this time the leather has buckled & actually came away from the metal parts of the dash. once again we were told this is not under a bumper to bumper warranty & it is not covered by the dealership either as it has been 17 months since the repair work was done, & it would be another $3,410.57 to get repaired..... maybe its just me but if you purchase a $100k car, you would think the dash would last more than 2 years & then get it reworked & now only last 17 months, sounds to me like it is materials that are not up to par or sub par workmanship, either way, it shouldn't have happened & if it did it should be covered by the factory or at least the dealership. More
