Very impressed! Pleasantly surprised Robert was my service assistant. As many people these days have a hard time trusting dealership repairs. So do I. Awesome Experience After purchasing new accessories from Chevy online there was some initial confusion on a back order status for on of the items. After expressing the concerns to the Jim Ellis Service Team all was made better as the team went above and beyond to hunt down the back ordered part form another dealer. The tam also helped keep me in the loop and management my expectations as to when the part would be available and worked with me on scheduling the installation. When the install took longer than expected I was offered a brand new 2019 Silver ado as a loaner in the meantime. My Colorado looks awesome with the new accessories and I'm 100% satisfied with he work completed. More
Tire rotation I when in for a oil change and tire rotation. They broke a wheel stud on the front drive side and told me it was not their fault,I needed to take it b I when in for a oil change and tire rotation. They broke a wheel stud on the front drive side and told me it was not their fault,I needed to take it back to John Thornton Chevy and have them fix it. Now, I also have something wrong with the back wheel. It sucks to take it to a dealer and have this happen! The truck only has 12k miles on it. More
